1. Who handles your information

Jonah Vasquez, trading as Accountik in Bulgaria, is the controller for the shop's processing of personal information. Contact contact@accountik.store for privacy questions and requests.

2. Information and purposes

Registration collects a shop username, email and password. Guest checkout collects an email for order updates. We keep orders, balances, payment references, invoice addresses and fulfillment information to process purchases, verify payments, maintain your shop account and handle support.

Technical security processing can use your connection's IP address and request information for rate limits, error diagnosis and abuse prevention. Shop passwords are hashed; delivered credentials and sensitive configuration are encrypted in the database. The shop does not collect card numbers, personal bank passwords, Steam Guard codes, wallet seeds or private keys.

Account and purchase processing is needed to perform your contract or requested pre-contract steps. Security and fraud prevention serve our legitimate interest in protecting the shop and customers. Records may also be processed to meet applicable legal obligations. Any optional processing requiring consent must use a separate consent; it is not assumed from browsing.

3. Service providers and public blockchains

Hosting providers support the site and database. The configured payment processor receives invoice information needed for verification. Suppliers provide account fulfillment. The email service receives addresses and confirmation or receipt content. Staff use order information to resolve support requests. Relevant records may be disclosed when required by law.

Current integrations include NOWPayments for crypto invoices and Plunk for outgoing shop email. Bitcart may be selected for direct Litecoin payments after configuration. Following a Discord link opens Discord; that service processes information under its own policies. The shop does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.

Crypto transactions appear on public blockchains, including transaction addresses and amounts. This public data cannot be erased by Accountik. Providers can process data outside the European Economic Area. Ask us for details of the providers, locations and applicable transfer safeguards for your order; you can request information about the safeguards applying to your data.

4. Storage and retention

Session cookies and browser storage support sign-in, form protection, carts and preferences; see the Cookie Policy. A guest order link is an access credential and must remain private.

Account information is kept while needed to provide the account. Order, payment and support records are kept as needed for fulfillment, disputes, reconciliation and applicable legal requirements. Deletion requests are assessed against those purposes and obligations, including records in backups. We do not promise immediate deletion of all transaction data or public blockchain records.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Contact us using the email linked to your shop account where possible. We may ask for proportionate proof of ownership to prevent disclosure to another person.

We respond within the periods required by applicable law. You may complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection or the competent supervisory authority in your country. Not providing the information necessary for registration or checkout can prevent those services; browsing does not require an account.
