1. Cookies used by Accountik

Cookies help the shop recognize a session and protect forms. Customer sign-in cookies last up to 30 days and can renew during active use. Administrator sign-in cookies last up to eight hours. Form-protection cookies last up to ten minutes; a pending email-confirmation cookie can last up to 24 hours.

These are first-party functional and security cookies. The shop does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts, referral tracking or tracking pixels.

2. Browser storage

Local storage remembers your chosen theme, display currency and guest cart until you clear it or the shop updates it. Session storage can remember a guest email, pending checkout, payment or purchase request for that browser session. This information helps retain choices and avoid accidental duplicate requests.

Guest order links contain private access tokens. Browser history and bookmarks may retain them if you save them; do not share the full link or use a shared device without clearing private browsing data afterward.

3. Your controls

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser. This can sign you out, reset preferences or discard a saved cart or pending request. Keep your private order link and order reference somewhere secure before clearing data.

Discord and payment-provider pages are separate sites and can set their own cookies after you follow a link. Review their policies on those services. If Accountik adds optional tracking in future, this policy and any legally required consent controls must be updated before that tracking starts.

Email contact@accountik.store with your order reference and a description of the issue. Never send your shop password, existing personal-account passwords, wallet secrets or full private order link.
