Choose, review, pay

1. Choose a product and quantity. Stock is checked during fulfillment, and your best eligible discount is applied at checkout.
2. Review the total. Display-currency conversions are estimates; shop accounting and credit use USD.
3. Pay with your Accountik balance, choose crypto, or arrange a payment with the team through the saved Discord server. Crypto fees and the exact amount, network and expiry are shown before you send funds.
4. Wait for payment verification and fulfillment, then open your delivery in your account or private guest order page.

A top-up adds shop credit; it does not purchase a product by itself. Sending crypto on the wrong network or after an expired quote can require manual review.

Delivery or payment problems

Keep your order or payment reference and contact support for failed delivery, missing payments or questions about account access. Replacement requests are checked for eligibility by the supplier; submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance.

For guest orders, keep the private order link saved even if your receipt email is delayed. Do not post it publicly or share it in Discord: anyone with the full link can access that order.
